This is extending possibility of online testing the student's knowledge. This thesis is also dealing with norms for learning and intelligent tutoring systems. Briefly introduce some project of domain of intelligent tutoring systems.

Information System Selection

The diploma thesis deals with the selection and implementation of an information system designed for the needs of a company that acts as a local provider of Internet connection. The introductory part contains the theoretical background serving as the basis of the analytical part. The current situation is analyzed using several methods. Based on the evaluation of the current offer of selected criteria is chosen the solution that best meets the needs of the company. The conclusion contains an assessment of benefits with subsequent economic evaluation.

Path Planning of Airplane with Obstacles

The aim of this master's thesis is the implementation of optimal trajectory planning for an airplane flying in lower altitudes, which has to avoid collision with obstacles. For the planning we assume static and fully known environment. There are described principals, optimality and complexity for some chosen methods of planning in this thesis. And based on the methods' characteristics it's chosen the best method for implementation.

Implementation project of electrical installation for family house

Today, more and more homes and other buildings are equipped with intelligent applications and are remote-controlled through a PC, smartphone or tablet. Within a couple of years, almost any new construction – from villa to apartment, school to office, store to care center – will be equipped with intelligent systems, So I will be talking about the characteristics, advantages and where and when can we or should we consider using intelligent electrical installations and how can we accept it to be more valid choice for our future buildings. Furthermore, I’ll be presenting a couple of examples of electrical installations where you will see an example of how can we make an evaluation for this design, but nevertheless, all the projects and the design should be done under the Czech Norms and Standards and it should follow the Czech regulations in order for it to be a doable project, so I’ll be talking about those norms and standards before I discuss the installation and the design themselves.

Company Performance Measurement

This master´s thesis evaluates the performance of the LAC, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of the work introduces both a system of performance measurement and also the key principles of strategic analysis. Following this there is an introduction to the company, and to its business activities, together with an evaluation of its current status, utilising strategic and financial analysis. Based on the outputs of the analyses that were carried-out, the analytical part of this thesis presents the design of the Balanced Scorecard method. The final part of the work discusses a proposal for the implementation of a Balanced Scorecard in a corporate environment, with the aim of increasing the company performance and facilitating its future development.
